• No Returns & Refunds: We do not support returns or refunds once an order has been placed. Please review your order carefully before confirming your purchase.
• No Order Cancellations: Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled under any circumstances.
• Replacement for Faulty Products: In the rare case that you receive a damaged or faulty product, we offer a replacement within 7-14 days of delivery. Please contact our support team(blingherup.store@gmail.com) with relevant details and images for assistance. Unboxing video of our package is required. Once the customer is qualified for replacement, we will replace with a new product within 5-7 working days.
